Of course it never hurts that she always answered her phone, and even returned emails while on vacation. I really appreciated her services, because I had limited knowledge of the area and was somewhat unfamiliar with some of the Arizona nuances when purchasing a home. Maria educated us and made what is an extremely invasive process more palatable by actually caring about the outcome. It was really interesting doing a facetime walkthrough before closing – maybe that will be a wave of the future.
